Ahhh......life with baby...........

Ok, so it's not always so crazy here, but we obviously have our moments as seen above.

I finally went out and bought our new favorite present, "the chair of happiness" for Macey. Well, it gives us a little bit of a break sometimes:

But not for long............... Micah becomes our helper a lot of the time. He's a good sport about it:

Macey is getting a little older and her content times by herself are getting longer.

The Girls In Red

Jewelia got this cute outfit for Christmas, so it inspired all us girls to dress up to match and take a "Girls Only" picture. They turned out OK I think.....

Santa Came To Our House!

Merry Christmas to Everyone! Santa Claus even came to our house to see the kids a little early! Everyone was very excited! Caleb was a little worried that he was naughty, but he still got a present from Santa. Cousins Kade and Addison were there too. Everyone was happy except maybe for baby Macey.

Bad things come in 3's?

Is it true? Bad things come in 3's? I really wonder.....

#1-Van needs new brakes, but then:
#2-Troy gets bacterial sinus infection.
#3-Troy's tire blows up on freeway = 2 new tires.
#4-Becca gets super super sick.
#5-House becomes trashed.
#6-Macey decides she will never ever sleep by herself again.
#7-Van tire is popped = 2 more new tires.
#8-Macey is discovered to have a cataract in left eye.
#9-Becca gets tests back to discover another infection.
#10-Micah gets sick.

But then:

#1-Macey will not be blind, but her eye will always have a "sparkle".
#2-We put her to bed, she actually slept by HERSELF for a few hours?!
#3-Troy gets a RAISE!!!

So, I'm not sure about the bad events come in 3's thing. Maybe it's more like bad things come in 10 and then you get 3 good things. Anyway, I sure am happy when things end up good in the end! ---Oh, I spoke too soon, guess who just woke up AGAIN?

Torture by Family Pictures

I get a kick out of this--

So I need to torment my family by taking pictures over and over again on the tripod with the timer so that we can get a nice new picture with the new baby and for our Christmas cards, but of course it is just soooooo terrible for everyone to humor me. But anyway, after looking at all the pictures, this was so funny to see a picture that went off in between takes when I pushed the wrong button.

You will see happy family one, then the one without me as what they are really thinking about taking these pictures. Don't worry, we did end up getting some decent ones.......they will be our Christmas cards.
