Jewelia Cuts Off Her Princess Hair!!!

Remember Jewelia's long long princess hair?

Oh, how she loved her long hair and always cried at the idea of getting it cut even just a little teeny bit.
She was a princess, and princesses had long princess hair.



Well, a couple of weeks ago we had our fun family vacation (see down a bit for that post) and she got to dress up like Sleeping Beauty and meet her.
I guess she got her fix, because earlier this week all of the sudden she decided it was time to cut her hair. She said she wanted her hair like Snow White now. Funny girl.

I told her it might be smart to have it at least long enough so we could still make a pony tail or a bun for dance class, so she agreed, and off we went to get it cut. Jewelia wanted her Aunt Harvest to cut it since she is going to hair cutting school and is really good.

She loved it! Aunt Harvest did so good and her hair really seems much more healthier now and it is soooooo much easier to wash, comb, and style!

One big difference is that it seems like all the blond hair got cut off and now Jewelia is a little girl with brown hair!

I had hoped that cutting off all that weight would have brought back her curls, but not too much. She still has a bit of softer curls or wave to her hair, but not like when she was younger.

Either way she is super cute and she loves her new big girl hair cut!
