Eating with Monsters!

OK, so this really was an awful day (you can read more in detail about it in my oh so fun post below), but it ended up fun.

My mom is in town and we met up with her to go out to dinner. We went to my favorite restaurant once again Rafael's in Sandy and when we walked in the door there was this HUGE 7 1/2 foot tall monster statue in the lobby.

Comes to be that it moves and it wasn't a statue, it really was a guy. It freaked out Jewelia to tears, but she slowly got over it as he walked around and gave out candy to the kids.

We had a great dinner, and it was fun to be with my mom. All making up for an earlier terrible terrible day!
