Happy Birthday Caleb!
Happy Birthday today to Caleb who turned 6 years old!
Everything didn't quite turn out as planned because of planning around Conference, Priesthood, and all the rain, but I think he had fun!
First off, look at the cake I made:
If you are wondering what in the world this is, then you aren't familiar with Pokemon. This is some creature named Pikachu. I think I did pretty good. (Just don't look at the decapitated foot.)
Caleb is a pretty interesting kid. He has many unique interests as compared to most kids his age. Pokemon might be pretty common with kids his age, but some of the other things he wanted was the Primary Song Book that he can play on the piano, and
The Road Atlas? He seems to be obsessed with maps. Usually he's got the phone books with him so he can look at the maps and read the city guides.
Thanks to everyone for the fun presents and cards! Caleb just LOVES getting things in the mail! Oh, 6 years old seems so big for my little Caleb!

Wow that cake was awesome! You need to teach me how to make cakes like that for Isabelle when she gets a little bit older. Looks like you had fun! (Thats cool that he wanted an atlas!)

My 7 year old has taken a liking to Pokemon.. mainly from the kids at school... he would love this cake, it looks great!
